If in the event you get an answering machine do not leave your credit card information but only your name and the number at which you can be reached. In deciding to pay by check, please understand that first we must allow the funds to clear before shipping your order. Thank you for your understanding. In addition, when paying by check it is best to email us what you intend to order so that you can be sure of availability. Soaps will be held for up to a week until we receive your check. Shipping PolicySo far at Whey Better Farm we have found that the USPS is the most cost-effective way for us to ship. Unless there is an out-of-stock (in which case we will notify you and give you alternate options) you can expect to receive your order within ten days, most times MUCH sooner than that. Orders are processed as they are received. The business is officially closed on Sundays and major holidays.Return PolicyThe nature of handcrafted soap is that no two bars are exactly alike. This said, occasionally it may happen that a purchase is not quite up to the standard you had expected, although we make every effort to show you a good representative picture and description of our products on our web site. Returns are accepted for credit only within ten days of receipt. The products must be in new condition, in the original packaging and unused. Return shipping and insurance is your responsibility.
